Grounded in service, Maura Sullivan rose to the rank of Captain in the Marines and is a Veteran of the Iraq War. Maura was then appointed by President Obama as Assistant Secretary of the VA, and later as a senior Pentagon official, where she worked to expand health care for millions of Veterans and strengthen our national security. A graduate of Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, Maura served as a health tech executive helping late-stage startups expand access to care for veterans and families. Having worked three jobs while putting herself through Northwestern University on a ROTC scholarship, Maura understands how rising costs are squeezing New Hampshire families. After devoting her life to service, Maura is stepping up again because the challenges we face aren’t Democratic or Republican issues — they’re American issues.
